The Teahouse Tapioca & Tea - Pearland Parkway

The Teahouse at Pearland Parkway is hiring friendly, dependable team members who can work both opening and closing shifts. We’re looking for people who enjoy helping customers, work well with a team, and take pride in making every order correctly.

Team members take orders, prepare drinks and food according to Teahouse recipes, keep the store clean and stocked, and follow food safety procedures. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, make recommendations, and help your teammates during busy periods. Training is provided.

Open availability is required. Applicants must be able to work both opening shifts (8:40 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) and closing shifts (4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.), including weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary based on the schedule; this does not mean you’ll work every day.

Starting pay is $8.50 per hour during training, increasing to $9.00 per hour after training is successfully completed.
